Weve played around with DaVinci Resolve Studio and DaVinci Resolve Studio Lite. There are lots of tools within DaVinci Resolve that are simple and easy to use. If your output is fixed at 1920 x 1080 with standard d-log, look for the Panasonic color controls. Here is what the interface looks like. We were looking for some cool editing tools and a variety of editing controls. We were disappointed because DaVinci Resolve focuses on editing. Control decks and monitoring are limited. We also found that most of the tools are not fully featured. We have not used the advanced options, like DaVincis fx panel, color wheels, and luma windows, but you can access this by scrolling to the bottom of the image. Even so, there are few editing tools to be found. DaVinci Resolve has some cool editing tools, but most of it is focused on the editing view. Therefore, the editing view is the focus rather than actually doing the editing. We also like DaVincis color controls. They have many great color controls. But they seem to be there because they are in the program rather than because they are valuable. We would like to see some type of cost analysis. For example, if we were to hire a colorist to watch a video and find some of the color problems, how much would that cost? We would also like to see some menus with options that would help in making our editing experience easier. We have not seen any choices for grading options. There is very little left to do an actual color correction. DaVincis text in the color page is the only real way to determine which color correction is being performed. In the video, you can see that the metering is good. But it does not seem as good in the color page. Most non-HDR footage will not be perfect, so we expect to see a few problems. That is not a big deal. But, we would like more than one color corrector and more than one primary and secondary color corrector. This would really help the user experience. The only time it seems to be easy to open the color corrector is in the dark. We would like to see more options for primary and secondary color correction. We would like a simulation view rather than a final look. Most editing apps open to the end result of our editing. We would like to see the look after doing the editing. We would like to see a more user friendly interface. For example, it seems complicated to resize controls. We would like to see some type of activity-based view. Instead of seeing a tree structure view of the color page, we would like to see a solid black page that would have areas to show the controls, color page, and the image and timeline. We would like to see the color page layout more than once. We would like to see the controls show up in the grid rather than the bottom of the image. This would make it easier to see the controls. We would also like to see fewer colors in the color wheel. We would like to see more options in the menus. For example, if we want to lock the timeline, why do we have to close the timeline? Instead, we would like to see a lock option in the timeline. We would also like to see performance and rendering options. These are all improvements that would make DaVinci Resolve Keygen more robust. DaVinci Resolve is a great tool, but it needs some technical improvements. If these things were done, we would have no problem with the program. We would give it 5 stars.
